On behalf of myself and many other Marines in the world, thank you. I should probably say thanks for my family that has served with the Air Force and Navy as well.
I should probably have been more inclusive with this post, but that has the potential to be a very long post. My heartfelt thanks to you. 🙂

Sincerely hope that veterans will be taken care of and helped by your armed forces and government. Imagine coming home from Iraq without, say, your legs.
Having served in Iraq and Afghanistan those who served your country have had experiences so horrendous you and I simply cannot comprehend how awful it was. Al Queda and the Taliban are so cruel and ruthless someone who comes home with his body intact will most likely have severe mental problems.
The veterans didn't decide to start the wars. They went there not knowing what awaited them, went through a night mare and then didn't get the support they needed from their country when they came back home.

Indeed. I have many former students who are now serving in the military.
I so agree. It's so important to not forget what they have done and do for us. 🙂
This is such an important day for veterans and we have Anzac day which is very similar so we can remember the sacrifices they have made.
