I eat yogurt a lot. If not daily then every other day at least. I always go for the healthy ones and have found the organic goat milk to one of the best. It's not Yoplait but in an attempt to keep sugar intake low I am avoiding the high fructose and corn starch of products like this.

  7. Until I recently investigated it, I did not know how good yogurt was for you. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I like yogurt, but tend to buy the low or non-fat Greek yogurt without any sweeteners added and add my own fruit and maybe a drop or two of vanilla.

  9. I love the French Vanilla mixed with raspberries. But it's not the Light one.
