Rosemary Gladstar: Fire Cider Cold & Flu Remedy

No one wants to talk about colds and flu, but the truth is we all get them at one time or another. The best remedy is not to get them at all. Here is another recipe that you will find easy to make. Note: it’s not for everyone, as Rosemary explains in the video.

Rosemary is an excellent herbalist and teacher. The way she makes you feel comfortable and confident that you can do this is a huge asset. You can now probably easily see why all it took for me was one herbal conference with Rosemary presenting and I was hooked.

  1. I prefer natural methods as a primary way of taking care of illness. Bodies adapt to drugs and the drugs lose power the more you use them. So much healthier to use the natural first.

I have oregano drops from Oreganol in my cupboard. If I get a sore throat I am AMAZED how quickly these work. Swoosh with salt water, and then take an awful drop of two and usually within a day, I'm healed. I love nature.

I was lucky enough not to get the flu this year. Knock on wood…

I have not had to deal with it either, but I am glad I have natural ways to handle it.
