Have you ever wondered just how nutritious fast food meals really are? Do you wish you knew how many calories are in those meals? Perhaps you would simply like to be able to track Weight Watchers points for those Fast Food Nutrition Lite.

If this type of information is important to you, then you may want to check out this new FastFood.com app. Fast Food Nutrition Lite lists 100 restaurant chains menus and their associated nutrition details. Some of the restaurants listed include places like Applebee’s, Arby’s, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Denny’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and many more of your favorites.

So what type of nutritional information can you expect to see? Once you have selected your meal items you will receive results listing total calories, sugars, protein, fats, trans fats, saturated fats, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates, Weight Watchers Points Plus, and the total % of RDA. Very nice indeed…

    Being an iPhone user poses a problem. However I do use two apps that are similar with great success. They are Calorie Counter, My Fitness and Endomondo to track my walks.. :))

    Does it list alcoholic beverages, too? That might be my whole meal right there.

      I have not looked at all the menus, but I do see soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, etc. I do not see alcohol. Maybe some feedback to them is in order. 🙂

  3. Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully this will help some people make smarter decision in their eating habits. It seems like after people have studied how unhealthy some food can be that they eventually make better decisions, at least from my experience.
